For our Nendran chips, we choose only the ripest bananas grown in Kerala’s fertile soil. Once harvested, they are washed, peeled, and sliced carefully to maintain consistency. The chips are then fried in pure coconut oil, giving them that signature aroma and golden color.
Our murukku and mixture follow traditional methods too. Prepared in small batches, the dough is hand-pressed, shaped, and fried under controlled temperatures. Hygiene is never compromised — our kitchens follow strict safety protocols to ensure every snack that reaches you is fresh and clean.
